Selling land without clean title
I own 3/4 of 108 acres in Carlisle South Carolina. A realtor told me they could not sell my share of the land and I would have t on wait for the court process to clean up title. Anyone ever figure out a way to quickly sell land under this condition without taking a severe discount?
