Wanting to get into development land/ building homes

Hello everyone!

I’m wanting to get into purchasing land to develop and/or build units to rent/sell. I’m very green to this area of investing.

What kind of financing is available for this kind if project? What to look for in contractors? What costs to expect? ETC..

I’m hoping to get going very soon
