Hey guys,

My wife and I are looking into purchasing our first package deal of 10 homes in Louisville. I was curious on how you go about getting financed for that. The deal cost 550K and is off market. Any help and insight would be greatly appericated.

I invest in Southern Oregon. Its a harder to find deal compared to up north. We flip as the cash flow isnt the best .

Hello everyone. My wife and I are looking into investing in Wisconsin. We're are looking to use the BRRRR strategy.

We are looking to put together a team and possibly fly out in the next month or so to walk properties.

We’ve done some research and found Kenosha and Racine to have some deals. What’s everyone’s thoughts on Milwaukee?

Thanks for any help.
