New Construction Destin/30A Investor Owner Progress
Construction update:
Broke ground mid September in 30A Blue Mountain Beach area: The Villages Rental property into a 1031 exchange to build a bigger home. Total square footage is 1100! Fully funded and owned under my LLC. I will be adding a loft in one of the bedrooms, pavers on the outside patio area to relax, grill and play games. Cosmetics and interior finishing will be coming up in the next few months. Can customize for buyer too. If I do this correctly, the next project will be 2000 to 2500 square feet with a pool to roll money tax free. Stay tuned for the progress. As people are waiting to see what's happening, I'm here to tell you construction is starting EVERYWHERE on the emerald Coast..It's simple... New construction has the biggest margins and it's where all the big players are active right now!
