Would you build on a triangular lot or pass?
I’ve come across a few lots recently that aren’t standard rectangles, more triangular or irregular in shape. For those who build, how do you approach these? Do you see them as opportunities if priced right, or are they usually more trouble than they’re worth?
Curious how you decide whether to move forward or walk away.

@Brooke Adams you have to have an architect or simliar professional take into account the design standards (set-backs, etc) associated with the zoning and then they are able to determine if there is enough useable land sf to fit what you are trying to build.
