GC Reasonable Percentage

Hello,

I'm in negotiation with potential investors on a deal to build a multi-family, so I'm looking for a GC to orchestrate the work. What is a reasonable fee for the GC if me vs them took on the financial responsibility such as paying sub-contractors, etc...

The GC should provide a price for the work. His fee should be opaque to you
