@Mike Campbell  Flop the middle unit. Then as you're laying out other units off that, keep them so that the bedrooms are adjoining the bedrooms next door. Two garages will be next to each other, but that's ok. Use good insulation.

Just my .02. If you're not sure, do another post, with the layout, and ask for help with layout. "PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS TOWNHOME LAYOUT" I do stuff like that all the time. If you do that @mention me, and I'll make sure some other builders get in on the post.
