Lot Subdivision in Baltimore County, Maryland

Hello everyone.

I'm a new investor with barely my first deal under my belt. A potential deal has come about that may yield best returns by subdividing the lot. It is a 5 acre lot in a wooded area of in Rural Woodstock. It has a house on it near the road.

Right now, I only want to know what it would legally take to do this. I'm looking for anyone who can lend advice and guidance about the first basic steps I need to take to get the ball rolling. I'm looking up the zoning information and plot right now. I'll post that below shortly as the conversation develops.

Regards,

Clay
