Landscaping before or after new driveway?

I am at the end of a new construction build and was wondering if it is better to take care of all the landscaping (top soil, grading, sod, paver walkway etc) and AFTER this rip out the existing driveway and lay down new asphalt? I have heard mixed things about the order of these two final tasks. Please let me know your thoughts and experiences. Thank you.

@Ben C. You can do it either way. Depends on what your schedule is. If you have rain coming you may want to go ahead and landscape or at least plant the grass. If your in a dry season the other way around and save on the trips to mover the sprinklers around all day. Its not a problem really to cut in your driveway into landscaped areas.
