New Construction Costs on 3-Family Property
I am planning to build a 3-family property in Newark, NJ and want to verify I am accounting for all the pre-construction costs. I think I am ready for every aspect but I'd like input from others that have built 3-family properties. Can anyone give me a rundown of everything I need to account for?
