I'm wanting to build 2 bedroom/2 bath homes for 50+. I want to life easier on the aging.  Looking for advice on best senior layouts, recommended fixtures/shower bars, entrances  etc. Any insight would be appreciated.

@Kyle Jeane would you do them as detached condos (sell them) orbas rentals?

I was looking at ranch model modular homes to build out a detached condo 55+ neighborhood a few months back. Up here in the north the the most important features we came across when interviewing people was NO STAIRS, at all, not even 1, and everyone wanted a 1 car garage or a carport at a minimum to prevent them from needing to deal with snow.
