ADU Contractor Southern California

Hello all!

Has anyone used a contractor for their ADU conversion, or ADU build in SoCal that they can recommend? This property is in the Inland Empire, and we have an engineer/architect already with plans being submitted within the week to the city. We've had some contractors bid the ADU and are looking for some more experienced contractors that have performed this type of work. We're extending the existing garage from a 400sf footprint to 800sf footprint for a 2/1.

@Pavan Sandhu

We did a 1,200 SF in north hollywood when the ADU just changed back in 2018. Since then, the biggest we've done was a 900 SF in Anaheim. Both ADU's were nicer than the main house.
