Piece of land in Arkansas

Hi everyone, any suggestions on what to do with a piece of land I own completely paid off in Arkansas. I was thinking of building a house and renting it out, but I hear construction financing is hard to get. I also have limited capital to put towards this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
