Hello,

I am a relatively new investor from Maryland. I am looking at investing in section 8 housing in the cheaper Ohio market. Are there any tips for a new section 8 investor investing out of state?

I recommend networking to get a team in Ohio that has done Section 8 deals before. Having someone who is in Ohio and has done this with other out-of-state investors will take the guesswork out of it for you.
