1031 exchanging house hack?
Is anyone in this awesome community done 1031 (who exchanged a small multi/SFH to 5 units and above and house hack one unit)? or maybe know someone who I can reach out to either an investor, RE agent or lender that specialized in 1031?

@Matt M Antonio, Lender issues aside a house hack of a commercial property is no problem. From the 1031 perspective the value of the part of the property being used for investment needs to be at least equal to or greater in value than the property that you sold. The rest you can use as you want.
@Jon Schwartz, The model is more prevalent than you would think. New Urbanism mixed use commercial/residential condos, self storage yards with a managers quarters, Or marinas with a managers house, larger MF with management residence units, ALFs with live on site structure, or even the family farm with a house on it. All are examples in one way or another.
