Looking for someone with construction/renovation experience
My dad and I have been investing in real estate for a little over three years and are always looking to expand our portfolio. We mainly invest in short term rentals but we also have a couple of long term rentals as well. We are looking to work with someone who has more construction/renovation knowledge to help us with some projects we are interested in but simply don't have the time, resources, or knowledge for. We are open to working with anyone, doesn't matter experience (from an investing standpoint) or age (I'm 21 myself so I'd love to work with someone my age). Just looking for someone who is wanting to invest on a greater capacity and is a self motivated individual.
