Need Texas bank for LLC owned by LLC

Julie Flynn
Posted

We just purchased our first investment rental out of state in Texas. We have an LLC in Wyoming, which owns the LLC in Texas that owns the rental property. We have banking set up for the Wyoming LLC, but have been turned down by several online banks for the LLC in Texas. Any recommendations? We have excellent credit. We have tried Kabbage, Novo Bank, and Etrade.

Why not just use a traditional bank like PNC, Wells, Chase... we use chase for all our banking needs and they are great.
