Greetings, Bigger Pockets family!

I am searching for a general contractor within the Wilmington, Delaware, area. The property is a complete gut and has foundation issues. I will visit the property in the upcoming weeks and search for a General Contractor experienced, licensed, and insured in Wilmington to come with to provide a quote of work. 

For anyone not in the area of Wilmington, DE. Any questions/suggestions on what to ask the General Contractor; I've read https://www.biggerpockets.com/... and looking for other suggestions.
