Hello all, im a new investor specializing in wholesaling. Can anyone please recommend any good real estate attorneys that speciallze in double closings and assignments?

I use Doug Mercurio in North Reading. He’s a very knowledgeable guy and  a real estate investor himself which puts him in a class of his own. Please do not start contacting attorneys until you actually have a deal under contract. A good way to burn a relationship before it even starts is to ask for advice or free work before there is a deal on the table. I am not sure what you’re doing but saw your post in other markets as well so just figured I’d offer some free advice as you’re looking to build your team in new markets.
