Hello everyone,

I'm curious to know how Did you guys find mentors? Did you guys find it beneficial for both parties? I have been looking for someone and would like to receive some advice that can expand my knowledge on the subject.

Thank you!

I would say don’t TRY to find a mentor. Allow them to appear. Find people to connect with and serve. No one ever wants to hear that but the truth is that no one wants to really be a mentor or have that title. They don’t mind doing the actions you are looking for (giving advice, having a conversation, providing referrals & references, etc) but the title isn’t really .. practical.

However finding someone who has a problem and bringing them the value of how you can help solve it… that is a different story! Do that and the mentor eventually finds you.
