Title company
Does anyone know of a title company in jacksonville fl that does assignment and double closings? I have called a few and am getting no where. The ones i have called are
Fidelity national title, Old republic national title, Landmark title, Florida elite, Benchmark Title svc inc, and American home title.

@Anna Gross I've used All Florida Title on a couple of assignment closings and they do many of them. They are very knowledgable and investor friendly with these types of deals. Laura Reibsame is a good contact there.
