I am a real estate investor/brewery owner in Jacksonville Beach, FL. About 10 years ago, I began investing in single family homes doing some flips, buy and holds and wholesales. I then opened a brewery and have since sold off all my real estate assets. Looking to get back into real estate investing now but in the multi family space.
