Hi, what is a good website to view to see how much a house could rent for?  Or even long term appreciation.  I have used zillow rental estimate but is there a better one out there?  Suggestions?

Check comps on FB Marketplace and rentometer. Bear in mind that just because someone advertises a house for $950 a month does not mean they're actually getting $950 a month. You won't know if you've struck the right price until you advertise the property and see what happens. I'd also go to your local meetup and see what other landlords are actually getting.
