Looking for someone with ground up construction experience

Hi Indy Investors, 

I have a set of investors looking to purchase plots of land for $20,000 - $50,000 and build 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes. I'm looking to be all in at $125,000 (including land) and sell these houses for $170,000. Please let me know if you know any builders with some bandwidth right now. I've done multiple flips, but I'm looking to do ground up.
