I'm looking to meet up with someone from the bay area, to be precise, San Mateo or San Francisco, to talk about real estate. I own a home in California, my primary home, and I would like to prepare my home for the rental market. If any landlords would like to meet up and talk, that'll be great! I joined this platform a couple of months ago and enjoy reading about everyone's successes and struggles. I'm looking forward to hearing from all of you.

I'm a broker, investor, and property manager up here in Sacramento. Another local investor and I are going to start hosting monthly meetups here, and you'll be more than welcome to join. By the way, Sacramento is a far better location for investment right now than the Bay Area, in my opinion, so it might be worth the drive. 

First Wednesday of every month, starting in October, at Lucid Winery (1015 R St, Sacramento).
