Finding Investors for Texas RV Park
What's the best place to find investors for RV parks? I'm looking for accredited passive investors (minimum $50,000 investment) for an RV park in the Texas Hill Country. It's a 2 to 3-year value add deal. The property has been mismanaged and just needs a little TLC to flip for a significant profit.
Perhaps the BP community is enough to get this done, but any other suggestions are welcome!
