 @Courtney Mccrear I have helped plenty of folks buy owner occupied using FHA, and conventional under the old down payment requirement and have two going on the new 5% down. Additionally, I have owner occupied multi family way back before is was even called a house hack. ha. Love to answer any questions you may have.
