Does anyone know of any real estate attorneys that are familiar with the process of clearing title to properties sold at the tax auction?

Hi, I hope all is well!
Just wondering if any experienced wholesalers are looking for an addition to the team? I recently relocated to Houston from Metro Atlanta, a couple of months ago I exited the trucking industry and decided to go full RE investing. I primarily invest into Tax deeded property but I would like to become more consistent at wholesaling. I’ve wholesaled 5 cash deals and 3 creative since November of last year, but I would like to become part of a team of like minded investors here in the Houston area. Is there anyone that would like to partner? I would love to meetup!

Quote from @Eliott Elias:
Why are you stuck between Houston and Austin? Give more details to help you make a decision.
Houston seems to be more family orientated and the population of people are significantly higher so there’s more chances to market/network. Haven’t dug into off market more than on market in HTX but prices for multifamilies don’t seem to be wavering as much. I was thinking maybe rent a loft in HTX and invest into the Austin area.
My wife has her mind set on HTX but I know if I can acquire a multifamily to affectively househack in Austin she’d be willing to go
