Duplex Loan Approval
I have located a duplex for my first investment property to buy and hold. I like the numbers on the deal and I am in the process of locating a private investor to help with the down payment. My only concern is I don't think I will qualify for the property loan because I have a bad credit score. How do I overcome this?
