Ok thank you,  I didn't see it on any auction site.

I have a lead from a friend on a vacant house next to him.  He said it is a bank foreclosure but I can't find anything online or any signs on the property. I skiptraced it , but the owner is deceased.  How can I find out who owns this?  Would a realtor be able to help?

Does anyone have any idea what is going on with Pro membership?  I've emailed support several times with no response. 

I did but no one ever replied. 

I still can't sign up for Pro on the website.   Anyone know why?

So I need to find a money partner to close my first deal.  I'm not having any luck finding a partner yet.  I'm thinking of offering the partner 95% of the deal to get it done.  Would this still make sense to get it done?
