Hi, I just joined and am just starting in investing. My plan is to invest in 2-4 units. My question is what should I do first? Should I get financing lined up or talk with a realtor? Is there a way I can get into a duplex with no money down? Thanks, Mike

Hi, I'm Mike from South Jersey. I've been trying to get started in real estate for years now, but have yet to actually buy anything. I have taken courses on buying apartments, but think I need to scale back and start looking at 2-4 units locally before I jump into something bigger.
