Which experts to listen to?

There are so many "experts" out there.  So many articles show up on my feed with the "experts" predicting whats happening next..

Who should we actually listen to?

What "experts?"  In what?  The "influencers" / "youtubers" etc. are making money, in my opinion, providing entertainment so they can get as many views as possible.  Its easy for them to tell you how to invest in real estate since none of their money is on the hook.

I agree with Russell.  Read different approaches and educate yourself, but at the end of the day figure out what you want to do and what is best for you.
