Has anyone invested in the Columbus area for BRRR. Which neighborhoods/cities are good for investment today? Can Newark be good for investment?

It depends on your price range. A lot has been happening in Franklinton. I like near OSU in the Old North area too. I'll send a map with some thoughts to give you a better idea.
