Hello, I purchased a piece of vacant land in LA county through tax sale. It's been more than a year and I have been trying to sell it. SO far I tried landmodo.com, Land.com, Landcentury.com They all seem not work well to me. I only get a few leads. Facebook market place is a place where I got many people asking but no one is serious. I am just curious where and how do you sell vacant land?   I appreciate all tips!

The best way to market land comes down to the type of land we're talking about and where it's located. LA County is a big county. Can you provide a few more details like Size, zoning, general area, etc?

Hello JT, the land is residential but hilly. Utilities are not far away but not on site. It's about 0.1 acre. small parcel in a good area...

At that size the vast majority of your buyers are all going to be looking to build. All the marketing and exposure needs to be done through that lens.

Have you flat listed on the MLS yet? That would be my number one recommended source for what you've described.

You could also check out Land Search. It's free to list and had solid SEO.
