Need Advice on Starting Real Estate Investing Company

Posted

Hi

I purchased a 14 unit apartment complex 3 years ago.  I am ready to expand into more properties, but I want to be able to attract more investors.  I am thinking to open an investing company.   Right now I am operating as a sole proprietor.   What is your advice in doing so?

Spend a lot of time on google and youtube to determine what type of offering/company you want to setup and how you want it structured. That way when you hire the attorney to draft everything it will be more cost effective if you already know what you want.
