I've been using Podio, but I'm open to suggestions. What CRM do you recommend as the best option? Appreciate any advice!

Agree with @Jonathan Greene "The best CRM is one you will use."

We launched our CRM InvestorFuse in 2016 the original version being on Podio (A Turnkey CRM for wholesalers/investors doing their own direct-to-seller marketing).

Although Podio has a ton of customizability, we took feedback from our customers and made a simplified user friendly sales crm on our own platform to capture leads from all your marketing channels, and make it super easy to manage manual and automated follow ups with those leads. We've made it simple for operations to make InvestorFuse "The CRM that you will actually use"

Depending on what you're looking for CRM wise, you could probably spend time/money/energy on customizing a Podio build out to your needs. How has it been so far for you @Brandon Spaulding? And are you marketing direct to seller right now?
