Capital Raising Course?
I've got a friend who has spent a few years doing value add multifamily and now has a couple of bigger deals lined up, but can't figure out how to find the investors to fund them. Does anyone know of, or had experience with, a good course on how to raise capital for real estate deals? It seems like this is one of the biggest challenges for people in real estate.
