Where are the war zones?

Hi All!

We are looking at possibly expanding our investing and wholesaling operation to the Milwaukee market. What are some of the zip codes to stay out of and some that you all would absolutely recommend? Our goal is to stay away from the war zone, class d/f stuff.

That is relatively easy, but ZIP codes are a really poor way of breaking down the city as we have several that cover both expensive and low-income areas. It's easy to see when you drive around, but you can also just filter for homes under 150k on any real estate website and you get an outline of those areas. If I get around to it I'll make a YouTube video about best neighborhoods to invest. But Milwaukee is really block by block in some parts, you drive 5 minutes and it looks and feels way different.
