Trump Tower Financials in Las Vegas

I have a contract on a studio unit in Trump Tower, Las Vegas. I know, horrible investment ;)


Anyhow, does anyone own a unit there?

Anyone have an owners financial statement for north facing studio unit they would be willing to share? I’m looking for Net and occupancy for 2023.

The unit I have a contract on was mostly used for personal use, I’m looking for rental numbers…. and sellers aren’t willing to give these up.
