I've been watching my market closely for quite a while. It seemed when the downturn started to hit, It really didn't affect us here at all at first....for awhile...It slowed a little while later. Now - over the past few months - OUCH!! Foreclosures galore...REO's like you wouldn't believe. prices on everything are dropping fast.
I guess it was only a matter of time. How's your market?

Interesting thread.  Wonder how it all worked out for you guys.  I was just getting into a new buy and hold at that time. What a roller coaster.  But that’s what makes it so profitable and fun...well not so much fun when your getting crushed!!! But live and learn.

ride it up and down.
