I’ve noticed a lot of investors moving toward long-term holds instead of quick flips. For those doing buy & holds, what type of funding do you find works best for you?

I see quite a bit of this on the lending side. DSCR loans are the go-to right now for permanent financing on BRRRR/rehabs. I see a few Conventional loans on these, but primarily DSCR due to faster turnarounds.
