Sub 2 contracts
I know I should have any contracts reviewed by a lawyer for my state and I will. I was just wondering if anybody knew where I could find a good purchase contract for subject to deals. That way I can have a template for a lawyer to go over at least so I don't have to pay one to draft the whole thing.
Any help would be great! Thank you.

There's more to it than having a good "Subject To" contract and we provide all necessary contracts and paperwork with our coaching when we work with someone. But, I've gotta tell you, being well funded is the key aspect. This is not "no money down" territory. That entire "story " will get you into trouble. You have to be able to pay off the Subject To with cash or financing within a month if the Due On Sale gets called.
