Protest your property tax!
We just got our last property tax appeal results today. We got a total of $503,894 knocked off of the assessed value of all our properties. This equates to over $11,000 extra in taxes that we would have had to pay in December this year.
Last week I saw that 80% of the people in the two counties that we invest in don’t protest their taxes! That’s insane.
