October 2025 Housing Report
The GFWAR released their infographics on the October, 2025 housing numbers this week. The numbers are a comparison between October, 2025 and October, 2024. Since housing is seasonal in many ways using a year-over-year comparison is the correct methodology to use when comparing market conditions.
At first glance you might notice that the city of Aledo has a drastically higher median price when compared to last year. However, the city of Aledo only had 6 transactions. Numbers can swing wildly with such a small sample size. As always, trust your local realtors for neighborhood specific data. They can provide you with more accurate figures on a specific home.
