Turnkey Property Management
The TK method has been working well for me & I love having the property management in house. Considering some non-TK opportunities and attaching management; any risk to time as property management is decentralized and property count goes past the 15+ door range?

Which TK company(ies) have you been using? And which markets are you looking at non-TK opportunities in? Are the non-TK opportunities in multiple markets or centralized in one?
