Advice on Brokerages?

I am in FL and I want to switch my Real Estate License from Keller Williams to another brokerage. KW charges too high of monthly fees. Something with no fees and I can still get/give referrals. I want to keep my license active for investing purposes but am not currently working as a representing agent anymore. 

Any recommendations?
