Looking to build my boots on the ground

Chaim Mal
Posted

Hi all,

I’m an out of state property owner with a place in the Dayton area, and I’m currently looking to have a repair taken care of.

I was hoping to see if anyone has a contractor they’ve personally had a good experience with and would recommend. I’d also really appreciate any advice on the best way to find someone reliable locally.

Nothing major at the moment, but I’m hoping to find someone I can continue working with over time.

Also, if anyone has a lawn care company they trust, I’d love a recommendation there as well.

Thanks in advance  I really appreciate any help or direction.

I've had a lot of success on the app Thumbtack. Local businesses, contractors, tradesmen and handyman you can sift through and see reviews for just about any service you need done.
