Looking for non-accredited REI debt funds

Hello everyone, I tried doing a quick search on youtube for common non-accredited debt funds but didn't have any luck. What I'm looking for is a fund that owns a large portfolio of notes and offers an annual % interest return. I found an accredited fund in Milwaukee WI that has about 450 homes with LTV no higher than 65% on any home. They have a great track record, great reputation and seems like a smooth path for a passive investor. I'd love to find something like this for a non-accredited investor like myself. I'd love to hear any suggestions.

@Steve Balinski - haha on a serious note always do due diligence on every firm you look to invest in. Lots of info on here on BP about how to vet your sponsors
