I am deciding which tool to use for multifamily. Keen to know who is useing AppFolio?

AppFolio is solid for multifamily — I've seen it used well at various portfolio sizes. The main things to consider are how many units you're managing and whether you need the full suite (maintenance tracking, tenant portal, online leasing) or just accounting and rent collection.

If you're under 50 units, Buildium or even Stessa for lighter tracking can work fine and cost less. AppFolio starts to really shine at 50+ units where the automation pays for itself. At smaller scale the pricing per unit can feel steep. What size portfolio are you working with?

How many units do you have? What is your end goal? There are a large number of software providers, many of the larger property managers use appfolio. we see the smaller ones on other platforms like buildium. I believe they all mostly do the same thing, but cost can be a factor.
