Who do I mail to? In the PIC#2 it says the PR is Mary Ann, however in PIC#1 it says the undersigned PR assigns, transfers , and releases all right, title and interest to the following person(s): Eric and Cassandra Schey.. SO who should I mail to?
Only YOU can decide who to mail to or contact.
Generally, the parties in a probate include an attorney, petitioner (PR), heirs/beneficiaries (those standing to inherit) and creditors.
In your case, someone has "assigned" their interest to another. So, do you mail the assignor?
If the assignor is neither a PR nor has any beneficial interest as an heir or bene under a will, what business could you possiblely do with them?
Think it through. Who's your target audience and what type problems do you anticipate solving and what are you willing to exchange in return for solving the problem(s)?
@Rick H. Ok. I was just confused. I thought the PR was giving the assignor the right(if you will) to sell.
So Mary, the PR, should be the one I mail to, because she's the only one that can sell the property? Am I correct?
It appears to me that Mary Ann transfered the office of PR to Eric and Cassandra, as joint PR's. If in doubt, contact both.
